➤Payments

✦ Payments are made only through the following services:
PayPal Invoices.

✦ Commissions are paid in full after a concept sketch has been provided and approved.

✦ HOLDS on payments are offered, however, they only last 48 HOURS unless specific circumstances have been approved between me and my client.

✦ Payment order directly impacts your place in the queue, so please be mindful of that .

➤Refund Policy

✦75-80% of a Commission's value is available as a refund if a sketch has already been provided.✦ Artworks in the Lineart stage are eligible for partial refunds depending on the amount of completeness

✦ No refunds are offered for completed projects.

➤Workflow

✦ Primary contact with clients will be conducted through Telegram.
_{(Platforms such as Discord can be requested if you don't use Telegram frequently.)}

✦ Responses can vary significantly due to real-world circumstances; however, I aim to respond to my clients within a reasonable frame of time.✦ I will inform clients of any unexpected delays or events that may impact the time of completion for a piece.

✦ Clients are kept updated on the status, progress, and details of their orders..✦ Clients are welcome to come to me with any questions, suggestions, and concerns.

✦ Order statuses are kept current and up-to-date on my public Trello for those who are interested in my process.

➤Fees

✦ Characters with no proper Reference sheet may be subjected to a partial Fee during invoicing.
_{(Things such as grainy, low-qaliuty or outdated ref sheets may also count towards this fee if deemed applicable)}

✦ Complex and intricate characters may be subjected to a partial Fee during invoicing.
_{(Characters presented as complex, but don't truly fall under this category, will be exempt from the fee by the artist's discretion)}

✦ I will provide changes based on input from my clients to ensure the work is satisfactory; however, any major changes to the piece made later in the process that were missed during the initial stage may require compensation.

➤Disclaimers

✦ I uphold the right to refuse service to clients I feel are turbulent or difficult to communicate with professionally.

✦ I will not work or partner with those I feel support bigoted or dangerous ideologies that hurt marginalized groups of people.

✦ There is a possibility that I may cancel and refund your order during the middle of the process if anything unpleasant were to happen between you and me, the artist.

➤Permissions

✦ Clients or outsiders alike are not to claim my artworks as their creations in any degree.

✦ Clients or outsiders alike are not to edit or draw over my artwork with the intention of claiming it as their own.

✦ If the intention of a commissioned piece is that of one to be used in merchandise or marketing, please be initially forthcoming on the topic so I have the ability to agree or deny to the idea.

✦ My artwork is NOT to be made into a Non-fungible Token (NFT), or be exchanged for any form of Cryptocurrency and should not be fed into any AI-based learning algorithm.

✦ If I am made aware that my artwork is being fed/used to train any AI-based learning algorithm, the respective client will be Blacklisted from any future projects or openings.

✦ All my pieces are NOT for free use; They may not be utilized in the form of PFPs, avatars, or anything else falling within those categories by those who did not commission the original work.

➤Frequent Questions

✦Do you have age restrictions for your commissions?⋆ I will only work with individuals 18+ and older.

✦ Do you currently take payment plans on any commissions?⋆ I do currently take payment plans for any of my commissions.⋆ Payment plans are unique and tailored to each client.

✦ Am I allowed to Post/Repost any Artwork I've gotten from you?⋆ Once an order is completed, feel free to post said artwork onto any site, but only on the condition that proper CREDIT is given and that my signature is not ALTERED in any way whatsoever.⋆Doing so will result in being placed on my commission Blacklist, which means I will no longer do business with you in the future.

✦ What will I receive once a commission is completed?⋆ A watermarked high-resolution file is provided at completion.⋆ Commission types, such as stickers, will also have a sized-down, unwatermarked variant made available for the client's convenience.

✦ How long is your turnaround on commissions?⋆ My typical turnaround time varies based on the size and complexity of the project, but I aim to keep it under four weeks unless significant unforeseen circumstances arise.
